Eugenia Kelly born in Colombia, South America graduated from Fashion Design School. Taller Cinco Centro De Diseño in 1991. Eugenia Kelly completed four years of dress design and dress making. Her love for sewing and her passion for dress making is what eventually started Eugenia’s Bridal and Formalwear.
